The figures in the chart above reflects the situation in Finland after the peace in Nystad 1721. The number of rotar/rusthåll in Viborg län was drastically reduced after the peace. Before the Great Nothern War (1700 - 1721) the Viborgs och Nyslotts läns Cavallry Regiment and Viborgs läns Infantry Regiment both numbered 1000 soldiers. In total, Finland had in 1700: Infantry: 7.337 , Cavallry: 3.155 and Navy 674; Grand Total: 11.166.
